As part of the joint collaboration, the first commercial import declaration was successfully processed via the Zolli platform on August 3, 2026. Customs clearance was handled by the Swiss customs broker at the Thayngen border crossing under the supervision of BAZG.
This milestone confirms not only the technical operational capability of Zolli in production, but also the viability of our business model, which is based on collaboration with independent customs agencies.

On July 29, 2026, KikoSpace AG acquired the NVIDIA DGX Spark Founders Edition featuring the NVIDIA GB10 Grace Blackwell Superchip. This system forms the foundation for future operation of the AI platform on proprietary hardware.

On July 28, 2026, Innosuisse approved KikoSpace AG's application for the Project Initiation Innovation Mentoring programme (141.030 IMIS-SBM). The programme supports the preparation of a joint innovation project with a Swiss higher education institution.

On July 23, 2026, KikoSpace AG received its first investment from a private investor. The financing was based on a company valuation of CHF 5 million.

On July 17, 2026, Zolli implemented the next step of its AI strategy. In addition to proprietary language models, the platform now also supports open-source models, which are currently operated on servers in Switzerland and Finland.

KikoSpace AG, with Zolli, is the first company to have successfully completed a productive import under the Passar 2.0 Import pilot phase via the Thayngen–Bietingen border crossing. The pilot run was carried out in close cooperation with the Federal Office for Customs and Border Security (BAZG).

Following the 15th Swiss Customs Law Conference, KikoSpace submitted a concrete technical proposal to the Swiss Federal Customs Administration (BAZG) for API access to the digital certificate of origin EUR.1 («Certificat») — enabling seamless digital customs processes without media breaks.

KikoSpace AG has successfully completed its first productive import under Passar 2.0 (Einfuhr Standard). The entire import process was handled autonomously through Zolli — from the goods declaration and the transport process to activation at the border and receipt of the assessment decision (Veranlagungsverfügung). The successful pilot run was carried out together with the BAZG and the Austrian partners of the Smart Border Corridor Au–Lustenau, confirming Zolli's practical readiness under real-world conditions.
