Since 17 August 2026, KikoSpace AG has been admitted to the second pilot phase: consignments are pre-announced to the BAZG by e-mail (Mailvoravisierung) — accompaniment by the BAZG is no longer required.

Passar 2.0 brings import into the BAZG digital goods-traffic system. As an official pilot participant, KikoSpace AG — through Zolli — handles the entire process autonomously: from the goods declaration and the transport declaration to activation at the border and receipt of the assessment decision (eVV).

  • You choose the border crossing. We handle the rest.
  • Direct exchange with the BAZG through the Software Passar working group.
  • Full process autonomous — goods declaration (PAIDS), transport declaration (PADTS), activation, eVV (PAIAD). Zero manual steps.

Without a GP-ID, no Passar 2.0.

On 30 September 2027, e-dec will be switched off. From then on, imports can only be declared through Passar 2.0 Import — and Passar 2.0 Import does not run on your ZAZ account but on your company's GP-ID in the federal ePortal.

Four steps in the ePortal — and only with all four can an import declaration be submitted:

On September 24, 2026, KikoSpace AG was added to the official list of software providers of the Austrian Federal Ministry of Finance (BMF). KikoSpace is listed there as a Swiss software provider with Smart Border Austria as a supported system. The solutions listed are smartborder.at and zolli.ai. This represents another important milestone for our Smart Border offering: Following the direct registration of KikoSpace with Smart Border Austria and our first productive transactions, our solution is now also featured in the official BMF overview of software providers. Via smartborder.at, we offer Smart Border processes for both directions of traffic between Switzerland and Austria – SBT (Transit Inbound) towards Austria and SBR (Rolling Corridor Outbound) towards Switzerland.
