These terms govern the use of the zolli.ai website, including the free tariff-number tool and the request forms (demo, pilot, Copilot). This version is a convenience translation; the German version prevails.
1. Scope
The website is operated by KikoSpace AG, Hauptstrasse 35, 8750 Glarus, Switzerland (see legal notice). By using the website you accept these terms.
Our services are directed at companies. Use of the Zolli product (e.g. pilot operation or productive use) is governed by separate agreements; no such contract is concluded through this website.
2. Tariff-number tool: non-binding results
Results of the tariff-number tool are a non-binding, automatically generated aid and not a binding tariff ruling of the BAZG. The assessment by the customs authorities alone is decisive. For a binding decision, request a binding tariff ruling from the BAZG.
Responsibility for correct customs declarations remains with you. Please do not enter personal data or confidential information into the tool.
3. Permitted use
The following in particular are prohibited: automated bulk queries and scraping, circumventing rate limits or bot protection, interfering with the operation of the website, and any unlawful use. In case of abuse we may restrict or block use.
4. Availability, no warranty
The website and the tariff-number tool are provided “as is”. We make no warranty as to constant availability, freedom from errors, accuracy or timeliness, and may change or discontinue features at any time.
5. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, KikoSpace AG's liability for slight negligence and for indirect and consequential damages (e.g. lost profit, additional customs claims, fines) is excluded. Mandatory statutory liability, in particular for intent and gross negligence, remains reserved.
6. Intellectual property
All content on this website (texts, graphics, logos, software) is legally protected. Any use beyond personal, intended use requires our prior consent.
7. External links
The operators of external linked websites are solely responsible for their content.
8. Privacy
Information on the processing of personal data can be found in our privacy policy.
9. Changes
We may amend these terms at any time. The version published on this page applies.
10. Governing law and jurisdiction
Swiss law applies, excluding conflict-of-law rules and the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. The exclusive place of jurisdiction is — to the extent permitted by law — Glarus, Switzerland.
