New Activ App guide for drivers published

On 31 August 2026, we published a new step-by-step guide for the Activ App.

During our Passar 2.0 pilot, we repeatedly encountered the same practical challenge: drivers need to quickly understand how to add a Digital Transport Slip (DTS) or transit declaration (T1/T2), start the journey, and behave correctly at border crossings.

Instead of having to explain the Activ App to each driver individually, customs authorities and freight forwarders can now simply share a link.

The video demonstrates the entire process in just a few minutes – practical and tailored directly for drivers.
