Passar 2.0 Import: First UC2 successfully implemented with BAZG

On September 11, 2026, Zolli, together with Emons Logistics and BAZG, successfully implemented Passar 2.0 Use Case 2 (International transit with termination at customs office ZE and subsequent import procedure) in productive operation for the first time.

Unlike our previous import pilots, the Swiss import declaration was activated not at the border, but directly at the authorized location.

For Zolli, this was the first successful UC2 in production and thus another important step in expanding the supported Passar 2.0 processes.

Particularly noteworthy: On the return trip, the same truck was processed again via Zolli on the same day – this time on the Austrian side via Smart Border Austria.

This allowed us to demonstrate for the first time on a single vehicle a seamless digital customs process across two systems: Passar 2.0 Import on the Swiss side and Smart Border Austria on the Austrian side – both via Zolli.
