Automate customs for importers and exporters

If your company imports into Switzerland or exports from it, Zolli generates and files the Passar customs declarations autonomously — export, import, transit and the digital EUR.1 — directly from the data your ERP, WMS, OMS or TMS already produces. No declarant and no manual entry are needed; the only requirement is that the data is ready.

Which declarations Zolli generates for you

Zolli covers the declarations that importers and exporters need in Swiss goods traffic, generating the appropriate Passar message for each procedure:

These declarations and documents are the official Passar outputs of the BAZG (bazg.admin.ch). What Passar is and replaces is explained on the What is Passar? page.

Connecting to your ERP, WMS, OMS or TMS

Zolli reads the order and goods data that your operational systems already produce — from ERP, WMS, OMS and TMS. From this, Zolli generates the appropriate Passar messages and submits them autonomously to the system. A human approval step can be placed before submission as an option, but is not mandatory for every single declaration.

There are several ways to connect: a direct API, EDI, email and Excel-based triggers. This turns manual data entry into an automated process — the difference is described on the Zolli vs. manual customs declaration page. Further answers about connecting are available in the frequently asked questions.

Test for free in parallel before you switch

You do not have to commit straight away. Zolli can run as a free parallel test in the BAZG test environment — alongside your current import and export process. That lets you compare the results before deciding whether to switch.

How Zolli files on Passar autonomously from your data is shown on the Zolli home page.
