GDRN — Goods Declaration Reference Number
A GDRN (Goods Declaration Reference Number) is the internal reference number that Passar assigns to a declaration at submission. It uniquely identifies the declaration within the system and is used to link the related messages and documents throughout the procedure. As a system-internal reference, the GDRN complements the cross-border MRN.
In context
The GDRN is created in Passar when the declaration is submitted. It is the system-internal reference, complementary to the cross-border MRN.
